The Corin Tucker Band: “Doubt”
Not for any particular reason, I’m going to begin with a solo song released by Corin Tucker of Sleater-Kinney last year: “Doubt,” from the Corin Tucker Band album, 1,000 Years. Okay, so I guess maybe that’s not solo, exactly, if she’s with a band, but you know what I mean. It sounds pretty much like a Sleater-Kinney song, so if you like them, you’ll like this one!
And on the subject of Sleater-Kinney, who knew Carrie Brownstein could be so funny? Her IFC show “Portlandia,” with Fred Armisen, is pretty hilarious. But enough about her — go check out "Doubt"!
